Proof requests
You may submit a publicly accessible business website that you own, operate, or are authorized to evaluate. A proof is an informational draft; it is not an active receptionist service, a guarantee of availability, or a promise of business results. Proof links are not access-controlled and may be viewed by anyone who receives the URL.
Website pilot pricing and checkout
A private, proof-page invitation may offer the 30-Day Preview Pass for a one-time $49 payment. It does not renew. The pass includes one source-backed agent, the core call-routing and portal features, one RevenuePack line, and 60 connected AI call minutes. It ends at the earlier of 30 days after purchase or use of those 60 minutes. There is no overage charge; call coverage pauses when the pass ends or the included minutes are used. Portal history remains available. The invitation is tied to the marketed proof and may not be shared, resold, or redeemed more than once.
The website founding-pilot price is $99 per month and includes guided self-serve setup, one intake agent and call flow, one RevenuePack phone line, and 250 connected AI call minutes per monthly billing period. Additional connected AI call time for this website plan is $0.30 per minute. Unused minutes do not roll over. The website pilot is month to month with no setup fee or long-term commitment; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and can be requested by email or through the billing link on your receipt.
Online checkout on this website is processed by Stripe. Complete starts a monthly subscription immediately; the Preview Pass creates a single payment only. Purchasing starts onboarding, not live call handling: no agent answers a live customer call until you review and approve the operating rules. We may decline or refund a purchase we cannot serve. RevenuePack may pause new checkouts when onboarding capacity is full.
RevenuePack Monthly in the iOS app
RevenuePack Monthly is a one-month auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchase. The purchase screen shows the localized price that Apple will charge. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. To prevent the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple.
The App Store plan includes setup of one approved intake agent and call flow, one RevenuePack phone line, the authenticated app ledger, and 250 connected AI call minutes in each Apple subscription period. Unused minutes do not roll over. This plan has a hard 250-minute cap: call coverage pauses when the included minutes are used and resumes at the next successful renewal. RevenuePack does not add a $0.30 overage fee or direct an App Store subscriber to an outside payment method for additional app-plan minutes.
A purchase creates access and begins setup; live call handling starts only after the business facts, greeting, routing, recording notice, and operating boundaries are configured and approved. You are responsible for completing call forwarding and providing accurate business information. RevenuePack is responsible for making the marketed service available for the paid subscription period once the required setup is complete.
Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple's Manage Subscriptions interface. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not normally end the current paid period. Use Restore Purchase in the app to restore an eligible entitlement. Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions; refund requests can be made through Report a Problem. Deleting a RevenuePack account does not cancel the Apple subscription, so cancel it with Apple first if you do not want it to renew.
Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms supplement that license and do not replace or conflict with it. The RevenuePack Privacy Notice explains the app's data practices.
Website-pilot answer guarantee
The guarantee in this section applies to the website founding pilot and Preview Pass, not to an App Store purchase unless the App Store product page expressly includes it. If, during a calendar month of active website-pilot service, RevenuePack fails to answer a call that was forwarded to it under the agreed routing rules and covered hours, the $99 base fee for that month will be applied as a credit to the next month's bill. Usage-based charges remain payable. The guarantee does not apply to months before live activation, to calls outside the agreed routing rules or covered hours, to forwarding that was not configured as agreed, or to service suspended for non-payment. Your call records and transcripts remain available while the account remains active.
For a Preview Pass, the same covered-call standard applies during its active service window. An approved claim is limited to refunding the $49 pass payment. It does not extend the service window or add minutes.
Optional website-pilot add-ons
Three optional add-ons are offered outside the iOS App Store plan at pass-through carrier and platform cost: business texting at $20 per month plus a one-time carrier registration fee (currently between $19 and $60, passed through as charged), a verified outbound number at $10 per month plus a one-time $10 filing fee, and branded caller ID at $0.10 per outbound call. Carrier registrations are filed under your business identity; you provide the business details and RevenuePack prepares and submits the filings. Add-on prices track the underlying carrier and platform prices; if those change, the pass-through price changes with notice before it is billed. Carrier registration and approval timelines are outside RevenuePack's control. Add-ons can be added or removed by email; removals take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Texting, when enabled, is limited to two message types: a single missed-call text to a caller whose call was not answered and whose callback was not reached, and appointment confirmations for jobs your team has confirmed. RevenuePack does not send marketing or conversational text messages through this add-on.
Responsible use and account authority
You may not use the site, app, or service to impersonate another business, mislead callers, place unlawful calls, collect information without a valid purpose, evade consent or recording requirements, interfere with systems, share account credentials with an unauthorized person, or violate applicable law. You represent that you are authorized to configure the participating business and remain responsible for approving its facts, call notices, routing rules, and staff access.
Artificial intelligence and call handling
Automated systems can misunderstand a caller or produce incomplete output. RevenuePack is not an emergency service and does not replace 911 or a qualified dispatcher. The current service captures appointment requests but does not itself confirm availability. Operating rules must include fallbacks for emergencies, uncertainty, disconnection, and unavailable staff. No call service can guarantee that every carrier connection or call will succeed.
The support AI guide is informational and can be incomplete. It cannot authorize refunds, billing changes, identity or security changes, routing changes, emergency action, or changes to live agent rules. Those requests require a person. An AI-generated support draft is not sent by email until an operator reviews and approves it.
Account export and deletion
An authenticated iOS user can export account data and initiate deletion of the whole RevenuePack account from Settings. Deletion ends access, revokes mobile sessions, and begins removal or anonymization of service data as described in the Privacy Notice. It does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel the subscription with Apple before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the business information you provide. RevenuePack and its product, branding, software, and original materials remain owned by RevenuePack and its licensors. Subject to these terms and the applicable EULA, an active entitlement gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the participating business. A proof gives you no license to access or copy underlying software.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The website and no-cost proof are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Telephone carriers, Apple, network connections, and other third-party systems can fail or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, RevenuePack disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, refund right, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Additional written service or data-processing terms agreed with a participating business control if they conflict with these terms, except that they do not alter Apple's control of App Store billing or the Apple EULA.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend service for non-payment, exhausted App Store plan usage, unsafe or unlawful use, material breach, or a threat to callers or the service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Expiration or cancellation of a subscription ends paid access at the applicable period boundary; data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Notice.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes affecting an active participant will be communicated as required. Questions can be sent to support@revenuepack.com. RevenuePack is operated by AMF LLC, 112 E B St, Wilkinson, IN 46186, United States.
